When introducing new systems or processes into your organization, involving your team is essential. If team members are not convinced of the need for changes, they may resist adopting new working habits. Your organization can benefit from a new tool only if each user is familiar with its use and functionality.
We conduct seminars and workshops on special software configuration management topics which convey the logic behind and advantages of these changes to your team members.
The application of the concepts and methods dealt with in the course will be investigated by examining several real-world case studies and the usage of relevant open-source CM tools, comparing them with the possibilities offered by commercial solutions.
