From 25th to 27th September during the 6th CMII Conference CM experts of various industry sectors met in Mainz, Germany . Beyond others aerospace, automotive, engineering, and IT were represented. A lively discussion in form of presentations, and numerous conversations took place broaching the issues of version control, requirements, change, and release management, as well as the possibility of implementing processes following the principles of CMII.

The contribution of the elego Software Solutions GmbH, presented by Michael Diers, focussed the question how to map CMII processes on to open source software.

The presentation went down very well with the audience. That was particularly prooved at the elego-booth in the lounge of the hotel. Here a number of inspiring conversations were hold and very interesting contacts emerged.
