Michael Diers works for elego Software Solutions GmbH as senior developer, solution architect, CM consultant, and CM trainer. He has actively dealt with software configuration management and software process organization since 1994 and has many years of experience with CM tools. He implements and tunes automated and optimized procedures within the various phases of the software development process.

Michael Diers plays an active role in the open source projects DCVS and Xemacs.
