Olaf Kosel is a project manager and consultant for the optimization of software development processes at elego Software Solutions GmbH.

He studied electronics, specializing in computer science at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

He has worked as software developer for international projects for several years. Since 1996 Olaf Kosel has gained experience as project and product manager or medium and large software projects inter alia for debis, ICL, and Fresenius IT.

As software developer and IT manager he has always been involved in the improvement of the software development process. Olaf Kosel holds a CMII certification.
